Help your child to sleep. You can relax too.

Trying to get a child to chill before bedtime can be a hard job for any parent.

From ‘Hygge’ to parenting, the Danish way of doing things is often widely talked about and it would appear that bedtime is no different.   This is an excellent idea. A brilliant way for you to find time to relax and chill with your child, spending some quality time together.

It guides you through the meditation in small stages, telling you when to pause and think.   It is an excellent way of getting your child to relax and chill before they sleep.  It is also relaxing for you too.

The Childrens Meditation in my heart says that children, no matter what age, will delight in hearing about their parents’ love for them.    It helps to strenthen your child’s sense of belonging, self-love, gratefulness and empathy.

My grandson enjoyed lying in bed and loosing himself in the images that were placed in his mind due to the meditations.  Such a beautiful book to read and the illustrations are gorgeous.
