8oz Caster Sugar
1oz cocoz powder
7oz Self Raising Flour
for the filling
chocolate butter icing
Decorations I used Pebbles and Bubbles
Mix the caster sugar and butter in a bowl untiol creamy
Add in the eggs sone at a time with a little of the flour each time.
Mic in the remaining flour and cocoa powder.
Divide between 2 8inch sandwich tins and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until springy to touch.
Leave to cool.
When cold spread half of you butter cicing in the centre and the rest of the top.
Decorate how you wish 🙂
