Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4/5
8oz Sefl Raising Flour
2 dessertspoons of Crunchy Peanut Butter
Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Bar of Peanut Crunch Chocolate (chopped into small cubes)
Into a bowl put the butter and sugar. Cream well
Add eggs one at a time with a little of the flour. Mix well.
Stir in the remaining flour.
Add the peanut butter, the maple syrup and the chocolate.
Stir well and divide between muffin tins.
Cook for about 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with custard or cream or leave to cool.
