1oz Golden Syrup
4oz Maple and Pecan cereal crisp
Line a 7inch sandwich tin. I made a larger one by doubling the ingredients
In a pan place the butter, sugar and syrup. Heat gently until all the ingreditents have involved.
Stir in the cerals.
Pour into the sandwich tin and level out.
Bake in the oven at Gas mark 4/5 for 20 minutes. If it starts to brown too quickly then turn down the heat and cook for the remaining time.
Leave to cool as extremely hot when taken out of the oven. Cut into slices. Serve.
