Last make of the Easter Weekend ….. White Chocolate Truffles

4oz White Chocolate
2oz Unsalted butter
1oz Ground Almonds
1 teaspoon of the liquour or flavouring essence you wish to make (I used rum)
6oz Icing Sugar
1 tablespoon of cream
vermecelli strands or chocolate curls

In a bowl put the chocolate and butter and melt over a pan of boiling water.
Add the liquor and cream.
Stir well
Stir in the almonds and icing sugar.

Roll into balls and then roll in either the vermecelli or chocolate curls.

Chill in a fridge until more solid.

Serve with your favourite coffee.
