My Sultana Bundt Cake
Gas Mark 4 for about 30 minutes
Grease your bundt tin with butter and shake flour in as well Helps stop sticking
4oz Self Raising Flour
1/2 teaspoon almond essence
Beat together the butter and sugar add the eggs one at a time and beat in stir in flour and almond essence. Then stir in flour and sultanas.
