1oz cocoa powder
7oz Self Raising Flour

Decorations I used Pebbles and Bubbles (Can use any chocolate you wish for maltesers, quality street (unwrapped)
Mix the caster sugar and butter in a bowl until creamy
Add in the eggs one at a time with a little of the flour each time.
Mix in the remaining flour and cocoa powder.
Divide between 2 8inch sandwich tins and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until springy to touch.
Leave to cool.
When cold spread half of your butter icing in the centre and the rest of the top.
Decorate how you wish 🙂
